We process the information you provide in order to deliver the requested service and issue the corresponding invoice. Data will be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship or for as long as legally required. Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data or request its deletion when it is no longer necessary.
Cancellation and modification conditions
Refundable rates
To confirm the booking, a credit card number will be required via a secure online form as a guarantee. Payment will be charged upon the guest's arrival at the property.
You will receive a booking confirmation at the email address provided during the booking process. Please present it upon arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the following percentage of the total booking cost may be retained as compensation:
- Free cancellation when the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date. No charge will be made to the credit card.
- 60% of the total booking cost when cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
- 100% of the total booking cost when cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival.
Non-refundable rates
For the Non-refundable Rate, the full booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
If the guest checks out earlier than the date specified in the booking, they will pay for the nights already stayed and will not be entitled to a refund for unused nights, except in cases of force majeure.
If dates need to be changed for any reason, Apartaments Agulles de Montserrat will accept the change provided availability exists for an equivalent booking in terms of price and conditions.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of each reserved night will be charged.
Guest obligations
- Pay the price of tourist services at the agreed place, in the agreed manner and at the agreed time.
- Comply with the rules of use or internal regulations, as well as the general rules of coexistence and hygiene.
- Respect the facilities, goods and services made available to them.
- Respect the maximum number of persons contracted for the accommodation.
- Respect the rest of neighbours.
- Respect the environmental, cultural and other values of the tourist resources used or visited.
- Verify their identity upon check-in by presenting a valid official identity document. The property will keep a guest register and will submit the required information to the National Police Directorate in accordance with applicable public safety regulations.
General conditions
- Pets are not accepted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and in common areas.
